Return Policy 

We want you to be thrilled with your Misty Made This product and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can make it right.

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our contact page or email us directly at MistyMadeThis@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 

• Returns initiated within 14 days of shipment delivery date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
• Returns received within 15-30 days of shipment delivery date will receive store credit, minus shipping charges
• We cannot accept returns after 31 days

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
